By accessing or using MapNest services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.
2. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in our services
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by MapNest at any time.
3. Account Registration

7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the services or contact us to delete your account.
8. Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
MapNest provides offline maps for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any maps or navigation information. You are responsible for your own navigation decisions and safety.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MapNest, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
- Any content obtained from the services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
11. Changes to Terms
